    About our Ecommerce Management Team

    We help our clients expand their business and geographic scope with guidance and implementation across digital advertising and retail, optimizing conversion on all major platforms.

    Our Consulting team is currently looking for a motivated Amazon Vendor Operations Specialist (f/m/d) with the focus on helping first-party Amazon vendors and brands to increase the cost-efficiency of their business and processes with Amazon.

    The position is located in Hamburg and can be occupied full- or part-time.

    How would you spend your time if you join us?

    • You will become an expert in topics such as operational chargebacks, shortage & price claims, return policies, and terms & conditions, while taking responsibility for your clients' projects
    • You have the ability to identify hidden or unnecessary high costs and implement measures to improve business processes and reduce expenses
    • You can build up and continuously develop relevant know-how regarding Amazon vendor business processes and ecommerce operations in general, including finance and logistics-related processes
    • You will act as a partner on eye-level for your clients, educating them in the field of Amazon Vendor Financials
    • You will provide monthly/bi-weekly chargeback updates to your clients and motivate them to enhance their logistical performance
    • You have the opportunity to continuously develop our consulting and service portfolio by considering new market and technology developments, ensuring real value-added for our customers
  • Requirements

    Who Are You?

    • You possess knowledge and experience in the area of chargebacks and shortage claims, and you have the ability to contribute to the analysis and reconciliation of Amazon's financial statements
    • You have a background in digital shelf operations, which includes tasks such as copy and visual content updates, A/B testing, and general catalogue management
    • You have 1-3 years of professional experience and expertise in ecommerce or account operations, preferably related to the Amazon vendor business
    • Your strong affinity for numbers and attention to detail enable you to help us and our clients achieve the best possible results
    • You have the ability to take responsibility for your projects, demonstrate commitment, and independently prioritize tasks
    • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and ideally in German
    • Ideally, you are based in Hamburg, Germany. Please note that this position is on-site and not remote-only
