    We leverage data-driven insights from Catapult, our proprietary technology, and our deep understanding of marketplaces like Amazon,, TikTok Shop, to craft strategies unique to each brand we work with while protecting their pricing and channel strategies at every lifecycle stage and in any global market.

    The Director of Insights will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable strategies and narratives. This role requires a deep understanding of research methodologies, the ability to form compelling insights, and leadership skills to manage a small team. The successful candidate will not only contribute to internal decision-making but will also be responsible for presenting findings to key clients.


    Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct comprehensive research using diverse sources, including search trends, social media analytics, and customer reviews.
    • Work with the data team to to extract meaningful insights that inform business strategies.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.

    Insight Formation and Narrative Building:

    • Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
    • Formulate compelling narratives and actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into various business functions.

    Team Management:

    • Lead and mentor a small team of insights professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
    • Ensure that the team is aligned with organizational goals and priorities.

    Client Engagement:

    • Present insights and strategic recommendations to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
    • Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored insights.

    Data-driven Decision Making:

    • Collaborate with senior leadership to provide data-driven recommendations that align with overall business objectives.
    • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of implemented strategies.
  • Requirements

    • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in research, data analysis, and insight formation.
    • Leadership experience, including managing a team and fostering a collaborative work environment.
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to both internal teams and external clients.
