About our Digital Marketing - B2B Team
We’re numbers-driven performance marketers who focus on our B2B clients’ pipeline revenue and bottom-line value. We specialize in building and executing performance marketing strategies for B2B clients with long sales cycles and complex customer journeys.
The B2B team at the Hamburg location focuses on Personal Branding, Lead Research and Personal Outreach and is looking for a Team Lead Marketing & Business Development (f/m/d). The goal is to support our clients in developing strategies and tactics that help them improve their marketing and increase their sales. The position is full-time and located in Hamburg.
How would you spend your time if you join us?
- You develop concepts and tactics for the personal branding of the C-level and sales people for the development and expansion of customer relationships as part of the sales process throughout the entire customer journey of our clients. This includes optimizing LinkedIn profiles, expanding professional networks, and creating high-quality, engaging content (images, videos, etc.).
- You consult and implement presales measures and processes (e.g. template creation for outreach, implementation of sales engagement platforms e.g. Klenty, expandi, etc.) to enable efficient communication.
- You define the target groups and are responsible for the lead research and enrichment projects of your clients and ensure that the tools and processes are efficient, as they form the basis of the outreach measures.
- You successfully manage and execute online events from webinars to virtual conferences (e.g. with Airmeet), resulting in lead gen, increased engagement and brand awareness.
- You scout and test new sales automation and digital marketing tools, including AI to optimize our work processes and results of our client work.
- You lead a high-performing team of consultants in Lead Research & Outreach and Social Content, ensuring growth and recruitment of top talents in the future.
- You take care of new client acquisition and service offerings.
- You continuously improve the deparments performance by analyzing KPIs and implementing actionable improvement initiatives.
- You ensure efficient resource allocation by managing the budget and driving cost-effective results.
- You drive client projects, communicate and coordinate all tactics within the Front Row Group to make sure our clients achieve their goals.
Requirements
Who Are You?
- You have 5+ years of relevant professional experience in digital B2B marketing, ideally in an agency environment.
- You have first experience in leading teams and building team structures for client work.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and can enter new markets by defining and implementing the department's direction.
- You have a proven track record of increasing revenue, and profitability through innovative (marketing) strategies and/or identifying new business opportunities in your project work.
- You possess the ability to align different stakeholders' perspectives to collaboratively deliver the best possible customer solutions.
- You're analytical, detail-oriented, structured and have a technical understanding.
- You're fluent in German and English (C1 level) as our company language is English.
