About our Ecommerce Management Team
We help our clients expand their business and geographic scope with guidance and implementation across digital advertising and retail, optimizing conversion on all major platforms.
Our Advertising team is currently looking for a motivated Senior Performance Marketing Manager – Sponsored Ads, Amazon SEA (f/m/d) to support our clients to grow their online business. The position is full-time and located in Hamburg.
How would you spend your time if you join us?
- You are responsible for all Amazon Marketing activities (in particular Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMG) of existing and future customers
- You are operationally responsible for design, planning, steering, monitoring and optimizing Sponsored Ads campaigns according to defined performance goals
- You develop campaign strategies for existing and new customers based on their respective business goals
- You support other campaign managers through professional sparring and optimize the quality of campaign management by constantly improving and further developing processes, tools, reports, etc.
- You constantly develop our consulting and service portfolio by considering new market and technology developments to ensure that we create a real value-added for our customers
- You will have the opportunity for career advancement, potentially stepping into leadership roles and guiding strategic initiatives within the team

As Front Row expands its commerce capabilities and internship programs, we are seeking an ambitious Video Intern who is innovative, efficient, responsible and excited to be part of a fast-paced environment that creates new and engaging content every single day. This is an unpaid, on-site, internship based out of our office in Downtown San Diego. This internship can be adjusted to align with a students semester and/or credit unit needs.
We are looking for someone who can create polished and engaging videos, both long and short form, who also finds happiness in taking on new challenges. Our creative team members are constantly sharing and learning from each other, trading ideas and communicating across all three pillars of the Creative Department - Video, Graphic Design and Photography.
You will report to the Director of Creative Strategy & Production, and will collaborate with other video team members, photographers, designers, and account managers to concept, execute and deliver commercial and social media content for beauty, food, and lifestyle clients.

As Front Row expands its commerce capabilities and internship programs, we are seeking an ambitious Photography Intern who is innovative, experienced and excited to be part of a fast-paced environment that creates new and engaging content every day. This is an unpaid, on-site, internship based out of our office and studio in Downtown San Diego.
You will have the opportunity to work in a creative environment every day in the Beauty and Lifestyle industry, and will directly support the Photography Team with day-to-day creative operations of the agency. The ideal candidate has proven success in articulating a concept, sourcing inspiration, shooting, and editing photos, all while managing several tasks and responsibilities at once. You will report to the Head of Photography and Director of Creative Strategy & Production, and be a collaborative team member of the Photo Team and the creative department.
