Junior Performance Marketing Manager - Amazon (f/m/d)

Our Advertising team is currently looking for a motivated Junior Performance Marketing Manager – Amazon (f/m/d) to support our clients to grow their online business. The position is full-time and located in Hamburg.
Responsibilities
You support the management of performance marketing activities across channels such as Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, and Retail Media networks for existing and future customers
You take part in the planning, steering, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns according to defined performance goals
You contribute to developing campaign strategies for customers based on their respective business goals, guided by senior colleagues
You analyze campaign performance data and help derive actionable insights to improve results and efficiency
You actively learn from senior team members and continuously expand your know-how across Amazon advertising and retail media
You contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes, tools, and reports
You stay up to date on new market and technology developments to bring fresh ideas into the team
Requirements
You are a self-motivated person, eager to learn and to expand your own know-how daily
You have 1–2 years of professional experience in online or performance marketing (internships and working student positions count)
You have first practical exposure to at least one of the following areas: Sponsored Ads / Amazon SEA, programmatic advertising / Amazon DSP, or retail media (e.g. Amazon Advertising, Criteo, OTTO, eBay); experience in more than one is a plus
You possess good Excel skills; PivotTables are not new to you
You are analytical and possess a good technical understanding as well as quality and solution orientation
You have a good sense of communicating with customers and the ability to explain topics in a comprehensible way
You show self-initiative and are able to prioritize tasks independently

Ecommerce & Advertising Consultant - Amazon (f/m/d)

Our Marketplace Management team is looking for a driven Ecommerce & Advertising Consultant (f/m/d) who is ready to take the next step in their Amazon career. In this role, you will work directly on client accounts: from managing Amazon Sponsored Ads hands-on, to collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing your strategic consulting skills alongside experienced colleagues.
Responsibilities
Client Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration
You will be your clients' co-pilot and take full accountability for their projects, specialising in Amazon Vendor Central (1P) - with hybrid 1P/3P setups a strong plus
You will work closely with clients as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day questions around Amazon and e-commerce strategy while developing and implementing growth-focused roadmaps
You will collaborate with colleagues across content, paid media, CRM, and analytics to coordinate crossfunctional measures that drive client success
You will support colleagues by sharing your Amazon channel expertise and act as account lead for your own client portfolio
Amazon Sponsored Ads Management
You will independently plan, build, launch, and continuously optimise Amazon Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display campaigns across your client accounts
You will own campaign structure, keyword strategy, bid management, and budget allocation, always with a clear eye on ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, and incremental revenue targets
You will leverage Amazon's advertising console, DSP (where applicable), and third-party tools (e.g. Perpetua, Pacvue, Helium 10) to drive performance
You will translate campaign data into clear insights and contribute to client-facing reporting and recommendations
You will stay up to date on Amazon Ads developments and proactively bring new ideas to the team
Requirements
You thrive in client-facing roles and feel energised by client interactions - explaining complex topics in simple terms is one of your strengths
You have 2-5+ years of experience in ecommerce, with a focus on Amazon, whether in an agency, consultancy, or consumer brand-side role
Experience in Vendor Central (1P) is essential; hybrid 1P/3P exposure is a plus
You have hands-on experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and/or Sponsored Display) and are comfortable working with campaign data
You are comfortable owning both strategy and execution
You demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, a conceptual mindset, and a solutions-oriented approach
You exhibit self-initiative, prioritise independently, and proactively tackle challenges

Sr. E-Commerce Operations Specialist, Amazon - Marketplace Partnership

Role Overview:
The Sr. E-Commerce Operations Specialist will own the operational backbone of Amazon accounts across a portfolio of brands within the Health, Wellness, Beauty, and CPG categories. This person will be responsible for day-to-day account health, listing accuracy, feed management, fulfillment coordination, compliance enforcement, and brand protection serving as the primary operational point of contact between internal teams, brand partners, and Amazon support.
This role reports to the Director, Marketplace Operations and is ideal for someone who has seen the full range of Seller Central issues, can triage and prioritize under pressure, and brings a systems-oriented mindset to daily operations. The Sr. E-Commerce Operations Specialist will collaborate closely with Media, Creative, Supply Chain, Brand Management, and Technology teams to keep our brands running cleanly and growing efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Operations
Serve as the first line of defence on account health across all managed brands. Monitor and resolve performance notifications, policy violations, stranded inventory, restricted ASINs, duplicate listings, and unfulfillable inventory daily.
Lead the full listing lifecycle, from new ASIN creation to ongoing content updates, using flat files (inventory loader, listing loader, image feeds) and Seller Central tools. Ensure listing accuracy, A+ Content integrity, and category compliance.
Own feed creation and submission workflows. Validate flat file data against internal systems before upload and troubleshoot rejected feeds.
Track and manage Amazon support cases with consistent follow-ups. Provide status updates to cross-functional teams and escalate where necessary to drive resolution.
Maintain current knowledge of Amazon compliance policies (restricted products, product safety, claims, certifications). Proactively audit listings and flag risks before they become enforcement actions.
Support brand registry applications, trademark filings, and IP enforcement. Monitor for unauthorized sellers, counterfeit activity, and listing hijacks using Amazon Brand Protection tools (Transparency, Project Zero, Report a Violation).
Lead the operational setup for new brands in our internal systems and on Amazon, including catalog creation, image uploads, and initial listing audits.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Media, Creative, Supply Chain, and Brand Management teams using Asana to track project timelines, new product launches, and operational deliverables.
Understand how listing changes, suppression, and inventory issues affect advertising performance. Coordinate with the media team to minimize disruption during content or catalog updates.
Share emerging platform updates, policy changes, and operational best practices with peers to elevate the quality and efficiency of the team’s output.
Inventory & Fulfillment Operations
Manage FBA inbound shipment creation, monitor receiving discrepancies, track removal orders, and handle hazmat documentation for applicable SKUs.
Identify and file claims for lost, damaged, or misrouted inventory. Track reimbursement status and reconcile against expected amounts.
Support Fulfilled by Merchant workflows where applicable, including coordination with 3PL partners on shipping, labeling, and SLA compliance.
Reconcile purchase orders and invoices, ensuring alignment between vendor records, Amazon, and 3PL warehouse data.
Track inventory levels across FBA and 3PL locations. Flag low-stock and overstock situations and coordinate replenishment with the supply chain team.
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central operations experience, ideally within an agency or multi-brand environment.
Deep fluency with flat files, listing feeds, and Amazon catalog tools.
Strong understanding of FBA operations, including shipment creation, inventory reconciliation, and reimbursement workflows.
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
Experience with project management tools (Asana preferred).
Detail-oriented with strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with SQL for data querying and reporting is a plus.
Background in health, wellness, beauty, or supplement categories is beneficial.
Prior experience with IP/trademark management and Amazon Brand Registry is advantageous.
Familiarity with A+ Content creation and listing optimization best practices is a plus.
Experience with OMS/ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) or multi-marketplace operations (Walmart, TikTok Shop) is a plus.

We’re currently looking for an experienced and driven Team Lead Performance Marketing (f/m/d) for the area of Programmatic Advertising to lead our DSP practice and to support our clients to grow their online business.
This is a full-time role (part-time from 80% possible), based in Hamburg.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of performance marketing managers: building a culture where people feel supported, challenged, and excited to do great work
Own the full DSP marketing scope for existing and new clients, making sure every campaign is strategically aligned with their business objectives

Requirements
You have at least 3 – 5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally with first leadership experience under your belt
Strong expertise in programmatic advertising, hands-on experience with Amazon DSP and/or The Trade Desk is a big plus
A sharp analytical mind paired with a technical understanding of the programmatic landscape: you love digging into data and finding solutions
Comfortable working with complex data sets and turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations

Intro:
The Front Row team is looking for innovative problem solvers to join our growing SEO & Content team as an SEO Manager. Our SEO Manager will be responsible for implementing SEO best practices, optimizing content, and developing link building strategies to help our clients reach their search engine marketing goals. You will partner closely with our paid media teams, ensuring a blend between paid media efforts and SEO strategy.
Role Responsibilities:
Perform keyword research to identify target keywords
Implement SEO best practices to optimize on-site SEO tags
Optimize copy to support our keyword targeting goals
Develop link building strategies to grow site authority and keyword rankings
Discuss strategy and insights on client calls or in-person meetings
Develop, communicate and execute strategy, set up meeting agendas, build customized reporting, optimize, and be an ally to our clients
Collaborate across the paid media teams to help create blended paid media strategies that have the client’s KPI and goals as the north star

Requirements:
