About "Catapult"
“Catapult” is an analytics software designed to help brands optimize their performance on Amazon. It's offered as a Software as a Service (SaaS) and provides a comprehensive view of a brand's Amazon data. Within Catapult, we offer different products tailored for various roles within a company: Media for performance marketing analysis, retail for marketplace management, and the digital shelf for content creation and management.Our aim is to deliver actionable insights that you can directly implement to improve your Amazon strategy. Clients using Catapult include well-known brands like Bosch, Unilever, and Paulmann.
Our team is currently looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative - eCommerce (f/m/d) to drive the growth of Catapult.
The position is full-time and located in Hamburg.
How would you spend your time if you join us?
- You proactively identify and research Amazon vendors and other high-potential prospects.
- You reach out via email, LinkedIn, and phone – and spark interest through relevant, value-driven conversations.
- You engage leads in initial calls, identify real pain points, and assess fit based on our criteria.
- You book meetings with decision-makers and position Catapult as the go-to solution for their Amazon challenges.
- You log your progress in HubSpot and keep your pipeline organized and transparent.
- You constantly test and improve your outreach – from messaging to channel strategies – and stay sharp by keeping up with Amazon and e-commerce trends.
Requirements
Who Are You?
- You bring 2+ years of experience in sales – ideally in B2B outbound roles.
- You have a background in SaaS, e‑commerce, or Amazon-related environments – or you’re highly motivated to break into this space.
- You’re familiar with CRM tools, especially HubSpot, and use them to stay structured and effective.
- You’re genuinely passionate about sales and eager to continuously level up your skills.
- You’re self-motivated, results-driven, and keep going when others stop.
- You’re a strong communicator and negotiator – maybe even with a sales certificate to show for it.
- You enjoy collaboration, but you take full ownership of your pipeline and success.
- You’re ready to be performance-paid and are excited by the idea of building financial independence through your results.
- You’re fluent in both German and English – our clients and team need both.
