    About our Content & Account Operations Team

    We help our clients expand their business and geographic scope with guidance and implementation across digital advertising and retail, optimizing conversion on all major platforms.

    Our Content & Account Operations Team is currently looking for a motivated Amazon Content & Account Operations Specialist (f/m/d) to support our clients to grow their online business. The position is full-time and located in Hamburg.

    How would you spend your time if you join us?

    • As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will manage their Amazon Vendor and Seller account operations on a daily basis and ensure content quality remains high
    • With a strong focus on efficiency, you will bring in ideas to automate manual business processes, minimizing workload and maximizing success
    • You will build up and continuously develop relevant know-how regarding Amazon Vendor business processes and e-commerce operations in general
    • You will provide monthly or bi-weekly status updates and incentivize clients
    • You will act as a partner on eye-level for your clients and educate them in the field of Amazon account operations
    • You will continuously develop our service portfolio by considering new market and technology developments to ensure real value for our clients
  • Requirements

    Who Are You?

    • You have 1–3 years of professional experience and expertise in e-commerce or account operations, preferably within the Amazon Seller or Vendor business
    • You have a background in content and/or account operations, including tasks such as copy and visual content updates, A/B testing, and general catalogue management
    • You are detail-oriented and efficiency-driven, which enables you to help us and our clients achieve the best possible results
    • You take responsibility for your projects, identify and solve problems proactively, demonstrate commitment, and are able to prioritize tasks independently
    • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and ideally in German
    • You are ideally based in Hamburg, Germany. This position is on-site and not remote-only
