    About our CRM Team

    We help our clients build and nurture lasting customer relationships by designing and optimizing personalized CRM strategies that drive retention and growth. Our CRM Team is now looking for an experienced CRM Manager (f/m/d) to take ownership of client CRM initiatives, develop impactful lifecycle strategies, and elevate customer engagement. This position is full-time and located in Hamburg.

    How would you spend your time if you join us?

    • Lead the development and execution of personalized CRM and email marketing strategies for our clients, with a focus on retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
    • Manage campaign planning and optimization across customer lifecycle stages, ensuring segmentation, targeting, and messaging are effective.
    • Evaluate, select, and implement CRM and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Braze) in collaboration with our clients.
    • Create, review, and optimize CRM content to deliver highly relevant communications aligned with brand voice and customer needs.
    • Design and optimize automated lifecycle campaigns (welcome flows, win-back series, upsell campaigns, etc.) to enhance customer journeys.
    • Analyze CRM performance data and report actionable insights to improve KPIs such as engagement, retention, and CLV.
    • Train and guide client teams to build internal CRM capabilities and best practices.
  • Requirements

    Who Are You?

    • You have a minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing
    • You are confident in planning and executing campaigns across multiple channels, customer segments and lifecycle stages.
    • You have experience working with CRM platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Braze, Brevo, or similar tools.
    • You are comfortable interpreting data and optimizing strategies based on performance metrics.
    • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and/or creative tools like Photoshop is a plus, but not required.
    • You have strong communication skills in both German and English and can present strategies and results to stakeholders.
    • You are proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused in your approach.
