We leverage data-driven insights from Catapult, our proprietary technology, and our deep understanding of marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart.com, TikTok Shop, to craft strategies unique to each brand we work with while protecting their pricing and channel strategies at every lifecycle stage and in any global market.
About the role:
Reporting to a Director, Brand Strategy, the Sr. Account Manager will service 6-8 key Amazon accounts within our brand portfolio, as the main point of contact across cross-functional teams across the organization.
Role Responsibilities:
Own day-to-day client relationships and drive long-term client retention through strategic partnership and proactive communication
Lead account strategy across Amazon and marketplace channels, identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve overall business performance
Partner closely with Performance Marketing teams to optimize advertising performance and improve KPIs across traffic, conversion, and profitability metrics
Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, Creative, Logistics and Brand Health teams to deliver integrated commerce strategies
Analyze account performance and identify opportunities across content, advertising, pricing, promotions, and assortment to maximize ROI
Build and guide promotional calendars in alignment with business goals, seasonality, and tentpole moments
Lead weekly client calls and present sales and advertising performance through weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews
Track progress toward annual revenue goals and internal sales targets, proactively identifying risks and growth opportunities
Develop and maintain annual sales and demand forecasts in partnership with internal operational teams and clients
Support onboarding of new brands and ensure successful execution against launch timelines and growth plans
Internally coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution and delivery against client goals
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years in a Account Management role
Amazon Seller Central experience a must (Vendor Central a plus)
Exceptional communicator with strong client-facing and relationship management skills
Experience in Beauty and Health and Wellness a plus
Self-motivated with a high attention to detail
Must be organized and thoughtful
Experience with analyzing data to make strategic recommendations
MS Office Skills Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google
Experience with Asana, Helium10, DataHawk a plus

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + bonus
