Amber oversees Front Row's Strategy and Design thought leadership and strategy disciplines, including market research, brand naming, brand positioning, tone of voice, and messaging. Her leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that true brand elevation occurs through the focused, integrated expression of both strategy and design.
Amber’s 15-year career in brand strategy is underpinned by deeply emotional and diverse storytelling, landing recognition for her clients in publications such as Forbes, Fast Company, Vogue, Elle, Allure, Essence, Oprah Magazine, and more.
In addition to building prestige beauty brands, Amber has taught her brand voice and messaging frameworks to over 5,000 entrepreneurs across the United States, the United Kingdom, and the continent of Africa. She serves as a Beauty Brand Advisor & Instructor in The Tory Burch Foundation Fellows Program and as Lead Brand Strategist for Sephora Accelerate 2022-2023.
Amber holds a bachelor of science degree in psychology from Florida A&M University and a master of science degree in integrated marketing communications from The Medill School at Northwestern University.
