    About our Digital Marketing - B2B Team

    We’re numbers-driven performance marketers who focus on our B2B clients’ pipeline revenue and bottom-line value. We specialize in building and executing performance marketing strategies for B2B clients with long sales cycles and complex customer journeys. 

    The B2B team at the Hamburg location focuses on Personal Branding, Lead Research and Personal Outreach and is looking for a Marketing & Business Development Consultant - Focus Lead Research & Outreach (f/m/d). The goal is to support our clients in developing strategies and tactics that help them improve their marketing and increase their sales. The position is full-time and located in Hamburg and requires fluent German skills.

    How would you spend your time if you join us?

    • You work together with our Marketing & Business Development team on client projects  
    • You run first market research of target groups and conduct potential analyses of industries, customers, competitors and other market variables (e.g. number of companies in a country, interests, etc.)  
    • You conceptualize, implement and use different tools to efficiently search for companies and individuals, which is called Lead Research (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Echobot, etc.) for clients as pre-sales support 
    • You prepare the results according to the customers' wishes, e.g. in an Excel file, so that the results can be easily uploaded into the CRM system 
    • With this company lists you can draft ABM campaigns on LinkedIn to warm up leads in an attractive way with the support of the Performance Marketing team 
    • You set up a tool stack and tactics for sales i. e. by setting up a tool for automated LinkedIn Outreach or by setting up Sales E-Mail Sequences

    • You are able to quickly and independently find your way around various web-based tools and software  
    • You are able to stay focused and concentrated in process- and detail-oriented work  
    • You are analytical as well as quality and solution oriented  
    • You show initiative and can prioritize tasks independently  
    • You are very precise in your work and have an eye for detail  
    • You have the ability to read data and draw sound conclusions from it. You are able to present this data in a clear and understandable manner.  
    • You have advanced skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel  
    • You have fluent written and verbal communication skills in German and English (both at least C1 level)
