Brand Strategy & Creative Content

A brand strategy and creative content agency helps companies create, refine, and express their brand identity in ways that connect with target audiences and support business goals. At Front Row, we handle everything from high-level positioning and messaging to tactical execution across visual identity, campaigns, content creation, packaging, and retail environments—all designed to work together in a connected commerce ecosystem.

Front Row differentiates itself by treating commerce as a living, interconnected system rather than a series of separate channels or tactics. We believe that when brand storytelling, demand generation, and conversion strategies work together, the whole becomes greater than the sum of its parts. This integrated approach leads to stronger brand performance, more efficient marketing spend, and sustainable business growth.

Our engagements typically begin with a discovery phase where we learn about your business, goals, and challenges across your entire commerce ecosystem. Based on this initial assessment, we'll recommend a customized approach that addresses your specific needs. Throughout the process, you'll have regular touchpoints with our senior team and clear deliverables at each stage.

We provide end-to-end brand services, from initial strategy through execution across all relevant touchpoints. Our team includes strategists, designers, writers, and production specialists who ensure your brand strategy is activated effectively across your entire commerce ecosystem.

We work with both established brands seeking evolution and new brands being built from the ground up. Our connected commerce methodology is adaptable to your specific situation, whether you need a complete rebrand, a strategic refresh, or targeted enhancements to specific brand elements.

Connected Commerce in Action: Kate McLeod, Three Ships, and By/Rosie Jane

At BeautyMatter’s NEXT50 Summit, Front Row’s Chief Revenue Officer, Christopher Skinner, joined indie founders from Kate McLeod, Three Ships Beauty, and By/Rosie Jane to explore what it truly means to scale in a connected world. Each brand showed how story, process, and consistency turn fragmented journeys into connected growth.

From Kate McLeod’s emotionally resonant “moment to melt into” messaging, to Three Ships’ purpose-led creative universe, to By/Rosie Jane’s seamless integration of Amazon as an extension of brand storytelling — these partnerships prove that clarity and connection drive results. Front Row helped translate each brand’s DNA into a unified growth loop, where every touchpoint, from Amazon to DTC, strengthens the story.

Reimagining an Icon: ChapStick’s Holiday Transformation

For over a century, ChapStick has been a household staple but in 2024, it became a holiday collectible. Partnering with Front Row’s Brand Strategy & Design team, the brand launched the limited-edition Ugly Sweater Collection at Target, transforming a simple lip balm into a joyful moment of seasonal storytelling.

From the custom cross-stitch font and sweater-shaped packaging to flavor-specific illustrations, every element was crafted to capture the nostalgia and warmth of the holidays. The result was “cozy chaos” brought to life, a campaign that showed how creativity and commerce converge to make everyday products iconic again.

Aging Is a Gift: Tatcha’s Longevity Serum Campaign

For Tatcha, beauty is more than skin deep, but a reflection of harmony, ritual, and time. Front Row partnered with the brand to launch The Longevity Serum, inspired by Okinawan philosophy, where aging is celebrated as continuity, not decline.

From strategic storytelling and campaign copy to art direction and global production, Front Row helped Tatcha translate centuries-old wisdom into a modern creative world. The campaign, led by Steph Shep and the viral duo Aki & Koichi, redefined what it means to age beautifully, turning a product launch into a meditation on longevity, balance, and joy.
