Alexandra (better known as Carms in the office) has spent over six years leading strategic initiatives at Fortress Brand, the global brand accelerator now known as Front Row. Today, she oversees strategy across Front Row’s Marketplace Partnership brand portfolio, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class service, strengthen client retention, and drive commercially focused operational excellence that supports sustained growth and performance on Amazon.
Strategic operations has been a consistent thread throughout Alexandra’s career. She brings more than twelve years of prior experience in the health, wellness, and supplements sectors, where she partnered with Fortune 500 organizations to design and implement corporate wellness programs aimed at improving employee engagement and long-term organizational outcomes. An accredited CCWS (Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist), Alexandra also has extensive experience in training, enablement, and public speaking, equipping teams and clients alike with the insights needed to succeed in evolving commercial environments.
