Caitlin oversees Front Row's Strategy and Design's creative disciplines, including branding, packaging, web, and content creation. Her leadership is driven by her belief in the strong link between strategy and design to guide brands to an intentional place of impact.
Her holistic and strategic approach to creative across her 9+ year career has launched influential brands such as Ami Colé; directed brand refreshes for Dr. Dennis Gross, Briogeo, Joanna Czech, and Jane Iredale; and developed campaigns for Makeup By Mario, Elizabeth Arden, and Elemis.
Caitlin is most inspired by the journey of distilling a diverse range of brand visions into strong visual expressions—for new brand founders, heritage brands, and those seeking renewed relevance in the marketplace.
In addition to guiding her cross-functional teams, Caitlin has been serving as Creative Director for the Sephora Accelerate program 2021-2023.
