Known for architecting transformative logistics solutions, Dan has managed billion-dollar distribution networks, spearheaded SAP S/4 HANA rollouts, and led facilities shipping over 75 million cases annually.
Before joining Front Row, Dan held senior leadership roles at Tropicana Brands Group, PepsiCo, Amazon, and Macy’s. He has overseen large-scale facility launches, developed award-winning repack technologies, and recovered millions in revenue through process optimizations. His patented airbag system for chilled railcars alone reduced damage by nearly 30%, unlocking over $4 million in recovered goods.
Dan holds dual degrees in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from West Virginia University. He’s also an OSHA-certified leader and a recognized industry innovator with a deep commitment to operational safety, efficiency, and team development.
