Since joining Front Row over two years ago, Maddy has rapidly advanced through leadership roles, demonstrating a proven ability to blend creativity with data-driven insights. Prior to her current role, she served as Senior Director of Brand Strategy and Account Director focused on the beauty sector, guiding high-profile clients to meaningful growth in competitive markets.
Before Front Row, Maddy fostered her ecommerce expertise at Bloomingdale’s, where she developed a strong foundation in beauty brand management, ecommerce merchandising, and marketing coordination.
