    About our Ecommerce Management Team

    We help our clients expand their business and geographic scope with guidance and implementation across digital advertising and retail, optimizing conversion on all major platforms.

    Our Consulting team is currently looking for a motivated Senior Amazon / Marketplace Account Manager (f/m/d) to support our clients to grow their online business. The position is full-time and located in Hamburg.

    How would you spend your time if you join us?

    • You will lead the strategic management and operational oversight of multiple high-value Amazon Seller Central accounts, ensuring exceptional performance and growth across all key metrics
    • You will serve as the primary relationship manager for top-tier brands and clients, driving strategic communication, aligning on expectations, and fostering long-term partnerships
    • You will develop and implement advanced strategies to achieve business objectives within Amazon Seller Central, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals
    • You will spearhead cross-functional initiatives, including Amazon SEO, product data and content optimization, marketing strategies, and paid media campaigns, providing leadership and direction to both internal teams and clients
    • You will stay at the forefront of industry trends and innovations within Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces, identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities to enhance client performance and drive sales growth
  • Requirements

    Who Are You?

    • You are a proactive problem solver and executor, enthusiastic about learning and enhancing your knowledge on a daily basis.
    • You have over 2 years of professional experience specializing in Amazon Seller Central management, and experience with additional marketplaces is a plus.
    • You are analytical, quality-focused, and possess strong conceptual abilities.
    • You exhibit self-motivation and can independently prioritize tasks effectively.
    • You excel at taking ownership and have a strong passion for managing your projects, ensuring their success through accountability and dedication.
    • You approach decision-making with an entrepreneurial perspective, prioritizing tasks according to their outcomes and their impact on the brand's objectives and overall success, while keeping the broader context in mind when facing challenges.
    • You take charge of your projects, demonstrate dedication, and are highly customer-focused, actively seeking out solutions.
    • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and proficiency in German is an advantage.
