    About "Catapult"
    “Catapult” is an analytics software designed to help brands optimize their performance on Amazon. It's offered as a Software as a Service (SaaS) and provides a comprehensive view of a brand's Amazon data. Within Catapult, we offer different products tailored for various roles within a company: Media for performance marketing analysis, retail for marketplace management, and the digital shelf for content creation and management. 

    Our aim is to deliver actionable insights that you can directly implement to improve your Amazon strategy. Clients using Catapult include well-known brands like Bosch, Unilever, and Paulmann. 

    Our team is currently looking for a motivated (Junior) Outbound Sales Manager (f/m/d) to drive the growth of Catapult.  

    The position is full-time and located in Hamburg. 

    How would you spend your time if you join us?

    • You analyze companies operating on Amazon (vendors and sellers) to identify opportunities, pain points, and areas for improvement – from price monitoring and content optimization to profitability. 
    • You translate these insights into actionable strategies that spark meaningful conversations and position our software as the right solution. 
    • You reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone – and build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers. 
    • You present tailored value propositions that resonate and generate real interest in our solutions. 
    • You collaborate closely with the sales team to move leads through the funnel smoothly and efficiently. 
    • You monitor Amazon and e-commerce trends to proactively identify new business opportunities. 
    • You help refine our outreach and sales strategies based on what you learn from your analyses and feedback from potential clients. 
  • Requirements

    Who Are You?

    • You have experience in e-commerce with Amazon – either on the vendor or seller side. 
    • You know how to analyze Amazon accounts and turn challenges into concrete actions. 
    • You are comfortable with Amazon analytics tools like Keepa or SmartScout – additional tool knowledge is a big plus. 
    • You have a sales-driven personality, strong communication skills, and you're proactive in your outreach. 
    • You work in a structured and goal-oriented way, and you know how to juggle multiple leads and priorities. 
    • You speak and write English at a C1 level. 
    • You bring commitment, curiosity, and determination – because that’s what it takes to grow something big.
