About our CRM Team
We help our clients build and nurture lasting customer relationships by designing and optimizing personalized CRM strategies that drive retention and growth. Our CRM team is now looking for an experienced CRM Team Lead (f/m/d) to guide a team of up to four CRM Managers, oversee strategic CRM initiatives, and ensure best-in-class execution for our clients. This position is full-time and located in Hamburg.
How would you spend your time if you join us?
- Lead and mentor a team of CRM Managers (up to four team members), providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Oversee the development and execution of CRM and email marketing strategies for our clients, ensuring consistency, innovation, and measurable results.
- Set strategic direction for lifecycle marketing initiatives across retention, engagement, and revenue growth objectives.
- Support the team in campaign planning and optimization across multiple customer lifecycle stages, ensuring segmentation, targeting, and messaging are highly effective.
- Evaluate, recommend, and drive implementation of CRM platforms and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Braze) to optimize client performance.
- Review and approve CRM content and automation flows to ensure brand alignment, technical accuracy, and effectiveness.
- Analyze CRM performance across accounts and translate results into actionable strategies for ongoing improvement.
Requirements
Who Are You?
- You have a minimum of 4–5 years of professional experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing, including team leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
- You have strong leadership and communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to inspire teams and present strategies to clients and stakeholders.
- You are confident in leading multi-channel CRM campaigns across multiple brands, customer segments, and lifecycle stages.
- You have advanced experience with CRM platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Braze, Brevo, or similar enterprise tools.
- You are highly skilled at interpreting data, identifying trends, and developing strategies that drive measurable growth.
- You are strategic, results-driven, and committed to fostering team growth and success.
