We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Coordinator to support the VP and SVP of the Sales team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a cross-functional setting, enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, has a passion for beauty, wellness, and consumer brands & is eager to learn and grow.
You’ll act as a strategic right hand to senior sales leadership—helping manage multiple workstreams, create polished client-facing materials, and ensure all projects are moving forward efficiently and effectively - this is also critical to how Front Row presents itself to prospects and is integrated with our Marketing efforts. This is a highly collaborative role that sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the VP and SVP of Sales with day-to-day project management across 5–10 concurrent initiatives, ensuring all timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables are tracked and on schedule.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Strategy, and Creative—to gather inputs, align on priorities, and deliver high-quality outputs. You’ll invest in understanding each department to support effective collaboration.
- Build professional, visually compelling client-facing presentations and pitch materials with a clear, organized narrative that supports business objectives.
- Own internal documentation, asset libraries, and version control to ensure materials are easy to access, update, and share across teams.
- Proactively research market trends and competitive insights in the beauty and wellness space to support client pitches and internal strategic planning.
- Effectively communicate across levels, including with senior leadership, and manage shifting priorities with flexibility and poise.
Requirements
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to independently lead and prioritize 5–10 concurrent projects across multiple stakeholders and timelines, ensuring timely execution and high-quality deliverables.
- Strong cross-functional communicator, comfortable managing up and across departments, including working with senior leadership, to align on goals, expectations, and deliverables.
- Strategic storyteller and deck builder, with a sharp eye for design, organization, and clarity—able to translate complex ideas into compelling, professional, and visually polished materials.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong ability to maintain version control, track updates, and keep decks, reports, and project materials organized and easily accessible for cross-functional teams.
- Passionate about the beauty and wellness space, with a working knowledge of the industry and a proactive approach to trend research and category intelligence to support team strategy and insights.

SALARY : $65,000-$70,000
