Intro:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst, Intern to join our Front Row team on a part-time basis. This role will support HR operations by analyzing data, maintaining HR systems, and assisting with reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency with HRIS platforms, and a passion for improving HR processes.
Description:
- Hours: 20–25 hours per week (flexible schedule).
- Pay Rate: $23 per hour.
- Location: New York, NY
- Reports To: Benefits Manager
- Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system (ADP experience preferred).
- Generate and analyze HR reports related to headcount, turnover, benefits, and compliance.
- Assist with payroll audits and ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Support benefits administration and enrollment processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data trends.
- Collaborate with HR team on process improvements and special projects.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–2 years of HR or data analysis experience preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (ADP experience a plus) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
