Can I work remotely?
Not full-time, our headquarters is in Hamburg and we work hybrid from home and the office. Additionally, we provide the flexibility to work from abroad temporarily (exact arrangements depend on the team).
What is the company language?
Our company language is English. For some roles, German can be a real advantage ‒ especially when it comes to administrative tasks, local processes, or working directly with German-speaking clients.
But overall, you’ll get along perfectly fine with strong English skills.
How long does the application process take?
Our processes are as individual as the roles we hire for. In most cases, you can expect around 3 steps spread over a few weeks ‒ long enough for both sides to get to know each other properly, but without dragging things out.
We always aim to move as quickly as possible and keep you updated throughout the journey. If we ever need more time because a role or profile requires a closer look, we’ll let you know right away.
