Elevating Brand Identity: Lessons from Katini Skin’s Path to Sephora

Brands born from purpose deserve to thrive on the world’s biggest stages. That belief came to life in our recent collaboration with Katini Skin, a clean skincare brand rooted in heritage, intentionality, and high-performance botanicals.

As part of the 2024 Sephora Accelerate cohort, Katini Skin had both a meaningful product and story, but in today’s crowded skincare category, meaning must meet memorability. Our work focused on elevating the brand to compete and connect at the highest level, through strategic recommendations across brand positioning, packaging and visual identity. 

  • Visual Storytelling with Substance:
    The final Brand Launchpad we provide included updated art direction codes that merged the aesthetics of sophistication, nature, and modernity to reflect both the brand’s origins and its ambitions. Inspired by this evolved vision, Katini Skin launched in Sephora with a summer campaign that gave consumers a glimpse into the brand’s transcendent and intimate relationship with nature. 

In an era where consumers expect more than beauty, Katini Skin shows how authenticity, when paired with strategic clarity, can become a brand’s greatest competitive edge.
