The Challenge

Microbiome Labs, a trusted name in professional-grade supplements, was facing a serious challenge on Amazon. Their flagship product, MegaSporeBiotic, was plagued by unauthorized resellers, driving down their Buy Box ownership to just ~55%, far below Front Row’s benchmark of 85%. The Objective

Front Row was brought on to:

The Solution

To address these challenges, we partnered closely with Microbiome Labs to enroll their two top-performing SKUs in Amazon’s Transparency Program, a product serialization initiative designed to prevent counterfeit and unauthorized sales.

Implementation required deep coordination:

  • We facilitated detailed walkthroughs with Amazon’s Transparency team and the client, addressing every question from labeling to fulfillment timelines.
  • Front Row led the onboarding of both SKUs into the Transparency portal and guided the brand through Amazon’s OPR (Ordered Product Review) process, an approximately 2-month trial period required before products go fully live with Transparency protections.
  • Throughout, we monitored product status closely, ensuring compliance and troubleshooting issues to avoid delays.
