Creating In-Store Experiences That Resonate & Convert
L’Occitane partnered with Front Row to bring a new flagship concept to life inside Toronto’s Yorkdale Mall, transforming traditional retail into a multisensory journey through Provence.
Inspired by the founder’s belief that “journeying through Provence is a visceral experience,” we crafted a space rooted in storytelling and immersive design. From fragrance clouds and skincare bistros to digital immersion pods and rainshower sinks, every touchpoint was built to spark curiosity, invite interaction, and inspire awe.
We followed the “10-3-1” Rule of Visual Merchandising, grabbing attention, driving engagement, and converting seamlessly, while blending technology and tactile beauty in a way only physical retail can. It’s proof that when brands think like creators, physical retail becomes more than a store. It becomes an experience.
